Performer Agreement

Unlisted is a powerful tool that must be used with care and responsibility. By creating your performer account, you agree that you will not use Unlisted:

• To harass or threaten someone
• In a manner that violates privacy laws in your country, or the country of your audience
• Outside the context of a magic performance for a willing volunteer (or rehearsal thereof)

You are ultimately responsible for your use of Unlisted. William O'Connell will not be held accountable for any damages resulting from your use of this software.
